Telephone Entry Systems

Multi-unit telephone entry systems are used at the secured entrance to apartment buildings and gated communities allowing the visitor to choose who the unit is to dial. The visitor looks up the corresponding code for the person they want to dial and enter the code. The unit will dial the number and the resident can allow entry by pressing a tone on the phone or deny entry by hanging up. Some units are equipped with optional wide-angle video cameras to allow the resident to actually see who they are talking to for added security.
