Ramset Intelligate Control Board

REPLACEMENT CONTROL BOARD

Ramset's "Intelligate" control board works with all of Ramset's slide, swing and overhead vehicular gate operators. It is controlled by a programmable microprocessor that reads and precisely executes all functions of the control board. The control board is powered by a separate mounted 24VAC transformer. This allows no necessary board modifications between 110VAC and 220VAC single-phase applications.

24VAC Plug-in loop detector

Plugs directly into Intelligate control board needing no messy wiring harness.

LED loop wire diagnostics: In case of loop failure, with the blink of the LED, the ILD-24 lets you know whether you have a shorted loop or opened loop.

Fail-safe operation: If loop wires break, the ILD-24 automatically locks into detect mode. This function secures your gate and will not let it close without a working loop.
